Interim Environment Regulation, Remediation and Relocation Locations
Description
There are a number of schemes in which a subsidy has been granted for the remediation of an agricultural holding where the intention is to adjust the destination on the parcel. These are:
Regulation Termination of livestock farming (RBV)
Subsidy scheme Termination of Intensive Livestock Farmings (BIV)
Subsidy scheme for remediation of greenhouse horticultural companies in vulnerable areas (GTB)
Relocation scheme Intensive Livestock Farming (VIV)
Subsidy scheme for emergency areas North Brabant 2016 (SUN)
The Regulation provides insight into these locations. The rules prevent the re-establishment of buildings for the type of company that has previously been reorganised or relocated with subsidies as long as an appropriate re-use has not yet entered into force.
