Description
The product shows the location of the shoreline along the coast of southern Sweden as interpreted from orthophotos from different years. The basis has been Lantmäteriet's rectified historical orthophotos and orthophotos from 1939-1940 from Geocentrum, Lund University. Most of Lantmäteriet's orthophotos are composed of a mosaic of images from different years. In these cases, a breakdown by year has been made and the images have been grouped for decades regarding flight years. The pictures are from the 1970s, 1960s, 1950s and 1939-40 and cover most of the Scanian coast.
The product also includes an analysis of how the shoreline changed from 1940 to 2010.
