Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Adlersberg — 2nd Amendment” of the city of Bretten from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Development plan, general residential area, changes of effluent, management right in subarea, expansion of estuary area, visibility triangle, canal path representation, pitches, construction boundary.
