Description
The counting values shown are mainly based on manual counting but also on automatic counting by the Road and Civil Engineering Office (STA) and the State Office for Road Construction and Transport (LASuV). The data of automatic counting points are displayed in red font. These counting points provide particularly stable annual average values of all working days and record your data over 24 hours by induction loops or infrared detectors.
The values correspond to the average daily working day traffic (DTVw between Monday and Friday). The short-term counts were extrapolated to a daily value on the basis of the automatic level counting points.
In some cases, censuses were also carried out during the school holidays. These have been marked accordingly. Compared to the "normal" traffic outside the holidays, these are about 9% lower (as of 2013). They have not yet been corrected in order to be able to make comparisons between holiday and non-vacation periods.
The colour classification of the routes in the map corresponds to certain traffic volume classes of the traffic (e.g. more than 10,000 vehicles per day). Details are in the legend.
The data also show the heavy goods traffic share for all vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of more than 3.5 tonnes. The value was rounded to a full percentage for accounting purposes.
All values were shown separately. For one-way roads or corresponding driving bans (e.g. on the Emerich-Ambros-Ufer) there are therefore only beams in one direction.
For reasons of legibility, the textual representation of the load values in the map image can only be done in the scale range 1:5000 and larger.
