Report: “Environmental monitoring Kronos Titan – Monitoring 2007.”
Description
«Since 1969, wastewater from TiO2 production has been discharged into the Weser estuary in Bremerhaven. In order to monitor the ecological effects, zoobenthos studies have been carried out at permanent stations above and below the discharge centre since 1975. Since 1985, sediment, zoobenthos and vegetation samples have been studied for possible enrichment with metals.
The results of the 2007 permanent examinations are summarised in this report.”
