Description
Along the Lower Saxony coast, the massive occurrence of various microplankton organisms regularly leads to visually conspicuous or toxic appearances. This report therefore examined both temporal and regional aspects of plankton and nutrient salt conditions. In addition, the influence of the current on the water conditions is shown. In addition, the physico-chemical measurements of water samples carried out within the scope of the BLMP measurement programme from 1980 to 1992 are summarised in this report.
