Report: «Salzwiese: Ecological analysis of salt marshes development; Clovers – Western Jadebusen (Cäciliengroden – Dangast) (1992)»
Description
The main dike between Cäciliengrode and Dangast is to be increased and strengthened from 1996. Depending on the construction variant, Klei will be partially removed from the dike foothills. The study area covers a large number of salt marshes between Mariensiel and Petershörn, including potential clerical areas as well as salt marshes with different biotope structures typical of the region, as well as puddles of different ages and development levels. In addition to studies on the development of smudged and unfilled salt marshes, the anticipated development of potential bran extraction sites in western Jadebusen under different conditions of use is also presented.
