Description
The mudflat area was biologically studied between Harlesiel and Neuharlingersiel (Kreis Wittmund, Ostfriesland) between March and October 1971. At four locations, which differ significantly in location and appearance; the Faunen composition was examined.
A soil sample was taken monthly from each of the approximately 15 m² study areas;
