Report: Macrozoobenthos: Wurster Watt Wremen 1955-1961»
Description
In 1955, the wadden area between the Wremer outer depth and the Solthorn Buhne, located on the coast of the land of Wursten, was the subject of investigation.
After the town Schmarren northward protected the foreshore edge by a coverwork, in 1961 the question of the extent to which the watt has changed or the Priel system has become a danger to the foreland edge and watts. The watt was again examined biologically-sedimentologically and hydrometrically in order to be able to answer the question asked.
The biological wattage analysis is carried out on foot at low water. There were 129 stations where the fauna was studied.
