Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Heubeund II” of the municipality of Wäschenbeuren from XPlanung 5.0. Description: A general residential area is determined as the type of structural use. Further determinations can be found in the entries in the drawing section.
