Separation areas

Description

An overarching concept, under which the types of traffic islands and different forms of separation are placed. The separation area separates the pedestrian and cycle routes parallel to the carriageway from the carriageway. The Centres for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment are responsible for maintaining the information. Some of the data is produced through separate investments and projects (Geoviite). The target category is versioning. The information covers roads, ramps, walking and cycling paths.
