Nature reserves County Nordsachsen (WFS Service)
Description
The metadata set describes all legally binding areas in which a special protection of nature and landscape in their wholeness or in individual parts is necessary for the conservation, development or restoration of habitats, biotopes or communities of certain wild fauna and flora, for scientific, natural history or regional reasons, or because of their rarity, special peculiarity or excellent beauty (ยง 23(1) of the Federal Nature Conservation Act). Currently, they are in the Lkr. North Saxony 15 areas with a total area of approximately 78.55 square kilometres. Responsible for the expulsion is the Landratsamt Nordsachsen as the Lower Nature Conservation Authority.
