Southwest Industrial Park Part I and II - Amendment V Amendment V

Description

In the southwest industrial area of the municipality of Dudenhofen, the areas of a larger industrial area were rented out to various individual users in the meantime, after the original company was abandoned for the production of artificial stones. As part of an examination of the building law situation by the district administration, it has been shown that various uses on the area are currently not approved. While for a western part of the commercial use, a permit can be created on the basis of the valid development plans ‘Gewerbegebiet Südwest Teil I und II – Änderungsplan’ and Gewerbegebiet Südwest Teil I und II – Änderung IV’, there are several apartments that are only partially used by farmers or business-critical persons in accordance with the requirements of the Baunutzungsverordnung. An amendment to the development plan is intended to create the planning conditions for the existing uses to be eligible for approval. The existing apartments are to be protected as foreign bodies within the industrial area.
