Funding report of the City of Vienna (without personal data)
Description
Funding report of the City of Vienna according to § 5 of the Vienna Funding Transparency Act:
§ 5. (1) The Magistrate shall draw up an annual funding report on the funding paid out by the funding agencies in the past calendar year.
(2) The funding report referred to in paragraph 1 shall contain:
1. the name of the beneficiary,
2. the postcode of the beneficiary’s place of residence or registered office,
3. the subject matter of the grant,
4. Funding amount paid out.
(3) The funding report pursuant to paragraph 1 shall be brought to the attention of the municipal council together with the financial statements of the City of Vienna and published on the Internet at the address www.wien.gv.at/foerderungen for a maximum period of ten years. **The data of the funding report can also be published without personal reference in machine-readable form on the Internet at the address www.data.wien.gv.at.**
(4) With regard to the following funding, the funding report referred to in paragraph 1 shall contain only the total amount of funding paid out per funding programme, including the number of funding cases:
1. promotions relating to data within the meaning of Articles 9 and 10 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), OJ L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1;
2. promotions which are likely to impede the progress of a natural person in the course of their personal publication;
3. promotions which are likely to allow conclusions to be drawn as to low income or characteristics affecting the personal integrity of a natural person in the course of their personal publication;
4. grants for which publication is excluded for reasons of official secrecy or statutory obligations of secrecy, as well as
5. subsidies which are not paid directly to the beneficiary beneficiary.
Note: The non-personal funding report does not contain the attributes referred to in points 1 and 3 of paragraph 2 due to the presentation of personal data.
