Biomass distribution of Maurolicus muelleri from StrathSpace model
Description
The map of biomass estimate of Maurolicus muelleri was created using the output of the StrathSpace model (Lehodey et al., 2015). StrathSpace is a spatial population dynamic model which has been developped for mesopelagic fish species living in the North-East Atlantic (Benthosema glaciale and Maurolicus muelleri). The model is both life-stage and length structured. The life stages are eggs, larvae and adults. The map is a yearly average of the distribution of biomass, please note the distribution of biomass varies in time.
