Emissions to air on Dutch territory; road traffic; 1980-2018
Description
This table contains figures on actual emissions to air on Dutch territory from road traffic, including emissions from foreign vehicles. In addition, the resulting average emissions per vehicle-kilometre are given. These are expressed in grams of emissions per kilometre travelled and are also referred to as park emission factors.
These are emissions from burning (engine) fuels and emissions from evaporation of fuel from the fuel system of the vehicles.
Emissions have been calculated by multiplying activity data, such as vehicle-kilometres and fuel consumption, with the associated emission factors.
Data available from 1980 to 2018.
Status of the figures:
The figures for 2018 are provisional, all other figures are final.
