Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the building plan “Buergerzentrum (original)” of the municipality Hausen im Wiesental from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Special residential area and areas for common use in the area of the Hebelstraße/Zweierweg and the Bündtenfeldstraße and Teichstraße.
