Description

The amended Medical Devices Regulations (Regulations), previously published in Canada Gazette, Part II, will come into force on March 2, 2022. The previous provisions in Interim Order No. 2 respecting drugs, medical devices and foods for a special dietary purpose in relation to COVID-19 expires on March 1, 2022.
