EU bathing waters of Saxony
Description
The data set contains the EU bathing waters of the Free State of Saxony. These are lakes and dams that have been notified to the European Commission as waters subject to monitoring - so-called "EU bathing waters". EU bathing waters are lakes and dams heavily frequented by bathers, which generally have good infrastructure and where bathing is expressly permitted by the authorities. These waters are characterized by excellent water quality. Every year, the bathing waters to be monitored are published in the Saxon Official Journal.
