Regionale Raumordnungsprogramme - Überörtliche Festlegungen gemäß § 212 Mineralrohstoffgesetz (MIN212) in Niederösterreich

Description

Dargestellt werden die Überörtlichen Festlegungen gemäß § 212 Mineralrohstoffgesetz BGBl. I Nr. 38/1999. Es handelt sich hierbei um eine Kenntlichmachung. In diesen dürfen nur solche Widmungsarten festgelegt werden, die einen zukünftigen Abbau der mineralischen Rohstoffe nicht erschweren oder verhindern.
