Development Plan Bramfeld 58 1st Amendment Hamburg

Description

The Ordinance on the Bramfeld 58 development plan of 8. December 1998 (HmbGVBl. p. 321) is amended as follows: 1. The annexed "Annex to the Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the Bramfeld 58 Development Plan" is added to the Ordinance. 2. In § 2(7), the third sentence is replaced by the following sentences: "Furthermore, retail establishments other than mail order establishments shall not be permitted on the area marked "(a)." Exceptionally, the area designated by "(a)" may be used for the display or storage of retail trade in connection with crafts and manufacturing businesses, as well as businesses dealing in motor vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and similarly area-consuming articles, including accessories, or with building materials, tools, gardening equipment or other construction and gardening supplies. Furthermore, on the area designated by "(a), pubs and catering establishments, accommodation establishments, storage establishments and hauliers shall be permitted only exceptionally."
