Development Plan 6-122.3 entered into force on 26 March 1999. Its area of application lies in the district of Rieselfeld.
A development plan contains the legally binding stipulations for urban planning and is the central element of land-use planning. The setting up commune regulates where, what and how may be built. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan.
