B-Plan 6-122.3 3. Partial development plan Eastern Rieselfeld (XPlanung)

Description

Development plan of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau. Development Plan 6-122.3 entered into force on 26 March 1999. Its area of application lies in the district of Rieselfeld. A development plan contains the legally binding stipulations for urban planning and is the central element of land-use planning. The setting up commune regulates where, what and how may be built. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The data is available in the data model XPlanung (grid and surround).
