Declared cultivation of the integrated administration and control system (Spain)
Description
Title V of Regulation (EU) 2021/2116 governs the integrated administration and control system (IACS) indicating that it shall apply to area-based or animal-based interventions listed in Chapters II and IV of Title III of Regulation (EU) 2021/2115 and to measures referred to in Chapter IV of Regulation (EU) No 228/2013 and Chapter IV of Regulation (EU) No 229/2013. To the extent necessary, the integrated system shall also be used to manage and control cross-compliance and interventions in the wine sector referred to in Title III of Regulation (EU) 2021/2115. Therefore, a system should be established that allows the unique identification of producers submitting applications for the different aid schemes, as well as the identification of agricultural parcels using the techniques of the Geographical Information System for Agricultural Plots (SIGPAC). For this purpose, the IACS establishes the single annual aid application as a means for the beneficiary to submit his application for all the interventions based on the area he considers.
In addition, the declared IACS crop dataset is listed as High Value Dataset in accordance with Implementing Regulation (EU)2023/138.
