Description
Synthetic wind and propagation class statistics (SynAKS) for the state of Baden-Württemberg as site representative meteorological input data for plant-related immission forecasts in the context of TA Luft approval procedures, the verification of the information in an opinion on plausibility, questions of location identification, the rapid classification of neighbourhood complaints by odors, small combustion plants or noise, the use in propagation calculations (AUSTAL, GERDA) and the calculation of traffic immissions. The SynAKS are artificially produced without on-site measurements by combining topographic and meteorological-statistical information as well as from the results of model calculations (“synthetic”). They represent the average ratios over reference areas of 500 meters x 500 meters for the now updated drive period 2011 to 2020, which correspond to the spatial resolution of the underlying model calculations. The synthetic wind data refers to an anemometer height of 10 meters above ground or over development or growth level.
