The context is that of the maritime pine sector of Aquitaine at the time of the depletion of the wood stocks formed after the storm KLAUS (2009). The prospect of a significant reduction in the wood resource compared to the 2008 benchmark raises the prices of raw material for manufacturers while the general economic situation does not allow them to increase the selling prices of their finished products.
