Local building regulations of the city of Gifhorn
Description
The design statutes (local building regulations - ÖBV for short - pursuant to § 84(3) NBauO) implement certain urban planning, building design or ecological intentions for a part of the municipal area. This positive design maintenance can refer to special requirements for the design of buildings, advertising systems, enclosures as well as on the non-constructible areas such as front gardens. Ecological regulations for the greening of buildings or the infiltration of rainwater are also possible.
