Access bans

Description

A prohibition of access to a road may be imposed in accordance with decisions approving or confirming the road plan or private road connection and arrangement plans, if this is necessary to promote traffic safety and the smooth flow of traffic. The locations of the junctions can also be regulated by the local detailed plan if the road crosses it or touches it. The Centres for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment are responsible for maintaining the information. The need to update the information arises on the basis of decisions.
