Charter of Komariv amalgamated hromada
Description
The Charter was developed in compliance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the European Charter of Local Self-Government, the Law of Ukraine, on Local Self-Government in Ukraine, other laws of Ukraine and defines the basics of the life of the territorial community and the principles of its implementation of local self-government.
