Digital terrain model Grid width 1 000 m

Description

For the uniform description of the relief of the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany, digital terrain models (DGM) of different quality levels are constructed as part of the ATKIS project. The Digital Terrain Model Grid width 200 m describes the terrain shapes of the earth’s surface by a point quantity arranged in a regular grid. The grid width is 1 km x 1 km.
