Protected area construction

Description

Building in a protected area requires a decision to derogate in accordance with the Highways Act. In the immediate vicinity of the road, construction has been restricted mainly for reasons of road safety and, on the other hand, because of the lowering effects of the road on the comfort of living. Upon application, the Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment may, for a special reason, authorise construction in a road protection area if the construction or the use of a building, structure or device does not endanger road safety or harm road maintenance.The central permit service of the Centres for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment grants permits related to signage. The information is updated based on the need caused by the permit decision. The information is maintained centrally. Only granted permits are stored in the Wizard. The target category is versioning.
