Recording characteristics of IKONOS scenes, recording 2002-2003
Description
During the growing season of the years 2002 and 2003, a Very High Resolution IKONOS satellite imagery coverage was created for the entire Flemish territory. This dataset gives an overview of the outlines of the original IKONOS image scenes that were used for this purpose, including their recording characteristics. The dataset ‘IKONOS satellite images, recording 2002-2003 (AGIV product)’ was derived from the original image scenes. This was followed by orthorectification, colour balancing and dynamic range adjustment (DRA) and mosaication. Subsequently, the sculptures were cut from these created mosaics. More information about the pre-processing of the original image scenes can be found in the technical text that comes with ordering the data.
