Vegetation Index (NDVI) of Andalusia, 2011 (TERRA MODIS)
Description
TERRA satellite images captured by the MODIS (Moderate-Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer) sensor that have been calculated the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), which based on the contrast between the red and near-infrared bands of the spectrum, highlights the vegetation cover and its vigor over large areas. The images present a single band and a spatial resolution of 250 m.
