Description
Version of Aviation adopted by Provincial Staten van Drenthe on 3 October 2018. The Civil and Military Airports Regulation (RBML) gives us powers over all aviation activities and airports (including helicopter landing sites), with the exception of Groningen Airport Eelde. We assess any requests for new aviation activities against the legal standards and our policy as set out in the ‘Policy Paper on Aviation Drenthe’ (2010). We also take into account the regulations on Natura 2000 and quiet areas. Map Robuust socio-economic system.
