mean wind speed (WMS service)
Description
Mean annual wind speed as a component to describe aeration conditions.
The wind field calculations were carried out with the prognostic wind field model METRAS PC by the engineering office Lohmeyer GmbH in a resolution of 500 x 500 m . The wind speeds shown represent the wind at a height of about 10 m.
