Description
Static layout neighborhoods and neighborhoods. Is an inner-municipal division into sub-areas. Forms as many socio-spatially homogeneous units as possible. N.B.: Emmen and Coevorden were adapted in 2002. N.B.: Assen was adapted in 2008.
