Bavarian Earthquake Measuring Stations
Description
High demands are placed on sites of earthquake measuring stations (e.g. minimal ground disturbance), which is why there are certain restrictions regarding the use of wind energy (minimum levels to wind turbines) in order to avoid interference with the extremely sensitive measuring technology as far as possible. The map shows the locations of the earthquake measurement stations as well as areas where individual assessments for wind turbines have to be carried out or exclusion areas are available.
