Road Noise Immissions of the City of Zurich – State 2020 and Scenarios (3D)

Description

Road noise pollution (immissions) as points on building facades from road noise pollution cadastre and three scenarios: —Street noise pollution cadastre of the City of Zurich: Current state of 2020 —First scenario: Speed measures according to City Council Resolution 1217/2021, implementation completed in 2035. —Second scenario: In addition to the first scenario installation of low-low floor coverings according to city council shell 317/2022, implementation completed in 2045. —Third scenario: In addition to the second scenario, full penetration of motorised transport with electric mobility is expected to be achieved in 2050. Included are the immission level (Lr) in decibel A for day (6-22) and night (22-6) as well as assessments regarding compliance or exceeding the limit values. **Purpose**: The scenarios for road noise emission data were created to visualise the effect of the speed measures adopted by the city council and the installation of low-low floor coverings.
