Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Hinter Henzenbuch II” of the town of Laichingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: With the establishment of the development plan, the planning requirements for an extension of settlements in the northern settlement area of Laichingen are to be created. All concepts have been developed in such a way that a later, sectional development is possible.
