Number of women among fully unemployed jobseekers receiving benefits (CCI DE)
Description
Whole unemployed persons receiving unemployment benefit (CCI DE) are counted as an annual average of physical units.
The number of physical units is counted for the month of introduction (when payment is made). During this month, several payments can be made for one person. Indeed, a payment can relate to a month in the past. The month to which a payment relates is called the reference month. ONEM’s payment statistics are based on the month of introduction, not the reference month. The concept of physical units therefore does not refer to the number of persons paid.
The annual average is calculated by dividing the sum of the monthly number of physical units by 12
