Data for 2022 are provisional. As this table has been discontinued, the data will no longer be finalised

The data for 2021 have been finalised. Provisional data for 2022 have been added.
Changes as of 31 January 2023:
At the level of detail, the figures for 2020 were not visible and those for 2021 were, this has been corrected.
