Herford County: Land use plan — WMS
Description
A large number of land use plans exist for the area of the district of Herford, but these are not yet comprehensive. By circulating the existing land use plans (if available to the district), you can go to further links up to the document of the land use plan. The land use plan (FNP) (preparatory planning plan) represents the intended urban development of a municipality. It is the result of a fundamental political and professional planning process of a municipality. Its contents are governed by the provisions of § 5 of the Baugesetzbuch (BauGB). The land use plan is a preparatory construction plan that does not have direct legal force for the citizen, but only contains binding requirements within the authorities regarding the content of construction plans and non-binding information on the decision on approvals of projects. Land use plans must be approved by the overriding administrative authority (usually district administration) and are binding on the development of subordinated plans.
