Employed labour force living in Espoo by industry (TOL 2008) as of 31 December 2008. Contains data on the employed labour force by industry. ##Lower ranges Territorial boundaries according to the division of statistical regions in Espoo. ##Data source Statistics Finland Employment statistics. The data are inferred from administrative and statistical registers and other data. ##Target set and cropping The employed labour force includes all persons aged 18 to 74 who were in gainful employment during the last week of the year and were not unemployed jobseekers at the TE Office or performing military or non-military service. Information on employment is based on data from the earnings-related pension and tax authorities. A person's line of business is determined by the line of business of his or her workplace. Everyone working at the same place of work receives the same field of activity regardless of their occupation. The industrial classification is in accordance with Statistics Finland's Standard Industrial Classification (TOL) 2008. If there are fewer than 100 employees living in the area, the data is encrypted.
