Hondsrug (Environmental Vision 2014) (history)
Description
Version of Hondsrug adopted by Provincial Staten van Drenthe on 2 July 2014.The province of Drenthe has the ambition to preserve the characteristic of the esdorpen landscape. This manifests itself in a visible spatial connection between esdorp and ash, where the es villages and ash lie like a chain on the Hondsrug, interspersed with sharply bounded forest guards.
