Development plan Lokstedt 64 Hamburg

Description

The development plan Lokstedt 64 for the area of application between Koppelstraße, Julius-Vosseler-Straße and railway facilities (district Eimsbüttel, district 317) is approved. The planned area is limited as follows: Koppelstraße - via parcels 4809 and 4410 (Julius-Vosseler-Straße) - southern boundary of parcel 3905, via parcel 4429 (railway system), western boundary of parcels 4429, 3873, 5471 and 5470 of the Lokstedt district, excluding parcel 5218 of the Lokstedt district.
