Nitrogen dioxide NO2 - total pollution as annual average 2015 additional measures
Description
Calculated nitrogen dioxide pollution (μg/m3) in the built-up road area for the forecast year 2015 with additional measures. These additional measures became necessary because, according to forecast calculations, nitrogen dioxide limit values were still expected to be exceeded in 2015. The implementation of the additional measures was targeted by 2015.
The immission was determined for the area of the walkway for a height of 1.5 m. According to 39. BImSchV applies a limit value of 40 μg/m3 for nitrogen dioxide on an annual average.
However, due to the model-typical ‘uncertainty’, it is already possible to exceed the nitrogen dioxide limit value for calculated values from 33 μg/m3.
The calculation is used for NO2 notification (deadline extension).
Applies only to Göttingen, Hannover and Osnabrück, where wg. Exceeding limit values takes additional measures into account in the model.
