Ambient vision - Cold-heat storage (KWO) free zone
Description
The file contains areas where cold - heat storage systems are not allowed. The application of these systems entails risks for drinking water extraction. Warming of the groundwater can lead to changes in, for example, the chemical quality, there can be a negative influence on the flow direction of groundwater for drinking water preparation and there can be calamities when using liquids in closed systems. Drilling in the soil can also pose a threat. These systems are therefore not allowed. The update plan was adopted by the Provincial Council on 19 December 2018.
