Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “An der Wiese (1st Amendment)” of the town of Zell im Wiesental from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Partial change of use of industrial estate to general residential area.
