Description
In recent decades, the threat to soil from the use of land for settlement and traffic, pollutant inputs and modern forms of land management has increased rapidly. The preservation of existing natural soil reserves must therefore be a fundamental concern of planning. The Baden-Württemberg soil overview map provides important information for state and regional planning as well as for teaching and research.
