Development plan Sinstorf 4 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
The Act on the Development Plan Sinstorf 4 of 2 February 1970 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, p. 48) is amended as follows:
1. The attached “Appendix to the Ordinance amending the Act on the Building Plan Sinstorf 4” is added to the Act.
2. Section 2(2) is replaced by the following:
2. In the area between Weiherheide-Meckelfelder road-land border-south borders of the parcels 498 (new: 1331), 499 (new: 1329), 311 (new: 1327), 312, 313, 496, 314 to 323 and 327 of the Sinstorf area, the fixings for the rear-facing public development road with 8 m width and sweeping head to the west of the Höpengrund road, as well as the right of line of 5 m width between the sweep head and the Weiherheide road, shall be lifted. The designated road areas for the Höpengrund and Kickbuschweg roads are reduced to the limits of the newly formed parcels 304 and 297 for these roads. The lifted road areas are designated as non-surfaceable land areas. In order to develop the rear parts of the property, joint access roads shall be established.’
