Development Plan Sinstorf 4 1st Amendment Hamburg
Description
The Act on the Sinstorf 4 Development Plan of 2 February 1970 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette page 48) is amended as follows:
1. The annexed "Annex to the Ordinance amending the Act on the Sinstorf 4 Development Plan" is added to the Act.
2. Paragraph 2(2) is replaced by the following:
"2. In the area between Weiherheide-Meckelfelder Weg-Landesgrenze-Südgrenzen of plots 498 (new: 1331), 499 (new: 1329), 311 (new: 1327), 312, 313, 496, 314 to 323 and 327 of the Sinstorf district, the fixings for the rear public access road branching off west of the Höpengrund road with a width of 8 m and a bend head, as well as the power right of 5 m width between the bend head and the Weiherheide road, are repealed. The designated road traffic areas for the Höpengrund and Kickbuschweg roads will be reduced to the limits of parcels 304 and 297 newly formed for these roads. The repealed road traffic areas are designated as non-buildable plots of land. In order to develop the rear parts of the property, joint access roads to the property shall be created."
